Our vegetable garden

Our vegetable garden accounts for 80 percent of our traditional Ligurian cuisine, growing everything we need for our recipes, making it in fact our cuisine, a true km 0 cuisine.

Our vegetable gardens extend across the lands adjacent to our Val di Vara farmhouse.

The care we take in our agricultural products, starting from the choice of seeds, in growing, to harvesting, ensure that our ingredients are of the highest quality and respect all the characteristics to be true Km 0 and organic products.

The flavors of our dishes are the flavors of our genuine products grown in our garden.
