Genuine products at Km 0

We use our own produce in the kitchen.

Where we can’t get there with our own crops, we rely on a 0-kilometer supply chain of suppliers from the Val di Vara (berries from Buto, meats from the Val di Vara Organic Cooperative, etc.), our hinterland (red onion from Zerli, prescinseua from the Val d’Aveto) and the eastern Ligurian coast(salted anchovies from Sestri Levante, muscles from the Gulf of La Spezia).

All this to give our diners a true 360° food and wine experience made up of culture, tradition and the excellence of our Riviera Ligure di Levante.
